Three ships for the Canadian Coast Guard fleet. The project replaced four aging Coast Guard ships on the east and west coasts of Canada that provided a platform from which critical scientific research and ecosystem-based management can be performed.

Timberland products used in plans to build the largest US-flagged hopper dredge in the US
Long-time Timberland customer Manson Construction Company has announced plans to build the largest US-flagged hopper dredge in the USA. The dredge will be built at Keppel Amfels shipyard in Brownsville, Texas and will measure 420 feet by 81 feet with a draft of 28.5 feet. The enormous dredge will have a hopper capacity of 15,000 cubic yards.

Anchor Test Barge Completed
The testing system called for the design of two large horizontal side-by-side modules to be installed on the deck of a small barge to guide and support the chain for correct alignment on jack entry and exit.
